The Craft Fish Company

At The Craft Fish Company, we don’t just talk about traceability, we live it. Our founder still captains the very boat that hauls in every albacore. Alongside a small crew, he runs the lines, hauls the catch, and brings it to shore with the same care we put into every tin.

This is small-batch seafood in its purest form. Every fish is sustainably caught by pole and line, one at a time, by people who know the sea and respect its rhythms. No factory fleets. No shortcuts. Just honest fish, responsibly harvested by our own hands.

From ocean to tin, you’re getting fish caught by real people you can name, not just a barcode. We are the fishermen. We craft every step. Because when you know who caught your food, and how, it just tastes better.

Launching Soon

We’re getting ready to launch two new small-batch offerings crafted with the same care, currently being caught by our crew on the Piky.

Just Albacore – That's it, nothing else.

Albacore with Sea Salt – A touch of salt, no water or oil.

Meet our Crew

The Craft Fish Company is more than a brand; it’s a family business in the truest sense. Founded and run by a husband-and-wife team, it’s powered by early mornings, late nights, and the energy of two small kids, running around the dock. Everything from the way we fish to the way we pack a tin is shaped by the life we live together: one rooted in sustainability, health, and doing things with care. This isn’t just how we make food, it’s how we raise our family.

Responsible Stewards of the Sea

We don't chase trends. We follow principles. At The Craft Fish Company, we do things the way they should be done; slow, honest, and with respect for the ocean. These four pillars guide every decision we make.

  • Respect the Ocean

We fish with intention, not exploitation. Pole-and-line means no bycatch, no damage, and no waste. The sea gives; we take only what we need.

  • Honor the Craft

Everything we do is hands-on and small-batch. From catching to canning, we hold the line on quality, because good food doesn’t need shortcuts.

  • Feed with Integrity

We make food we serve our kids. Clean, honest, nourishing fish with no mystery ingredients. Every fish is filleted and packed by hand, cooked once, never overprocessed.

  • Built by Family

This isn’t a brand made in a boardroom. It’s a family business, run by a fisherman and a mom with two salty little deckhands in tow. Every tin reflects our life, our values, and our kids’ future.
